I Face Lost Pets and Customizations in PKXD Despite ₺12,000 Spent
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at around 02:30 AM, I logged into PKXD from my iPad 10. My in-game email address is c*@gmail.com.**
When I accessed my account, I discovered that all of my Pets and in-game progress had disappeared. My account was left with 0 legendary pets, 3 rare pets, 4 uncommon pets, and only 19 common pets — while I originally had about 208 pets in total.
In addition, the custom character combinations I created were completely deleted and replaced with outfits I do not like. My house was also redesigned without my consent, though thankfully my other house was left untouched.
I have spent approximately ₺12,000 on this account and invested a great deal of time and effort. While I still have access to my account, I fear I may lose it completely soon. I have never experienced an issue like this before, and it has left me very upset.
I am requesting that my account be secured, my missing pets restored, and my character customizations reinstated. Players who invest so much time and money should not face such devastating losses.
