I play the game PK XD and my in-game name is LEGENDSXD 192. Today I made a trade in the game and I gave one of my pets to another player. In return, that person was supposed to give me 8 “pamps” (in‑game currency/items). However, after the transaction, these pamps did not appear in my account. After noticing that the pamps were missing, I closed and reopened both the game and my device, but the pamps still did not appear in my account. I have not contacted support about this issue before and I am writing now to have this problem checked and resolved. I request that the missing pamps that I was supposed to receive in exchange for my pet be identified and added to my account, or that my pet be returned to me, and that my account be secured so that I do not experience such a problem again.
