I had already agreed to try the service for free for a week. After the trial period was over, PicsArt charged me the full price of an annual membership right away, without asking me first. Even though I have already cancelled my membership, they won't give me a refund because I have already paid for it. I want an answer to this problem because I didn't give the go-ahead to buy a membership that lasts a year. Please give me the money back. I'm already in school and have already spent more than half of my allowance. The support team hasn't replied to my request for help, which is very disappointing and makes me worry. When it comes to free trials, I strongly advise everyone to be careful.
