PicsArt Pro Charged Me After I Canceled Subscription
On October 29, an amount of $12 was charged from my Apple account for the PicsArt Pro annual subscription. However, I had already canceled my subscription earlier, and in my Apple account, it showed as expired.
I also did not receive any confirmation email or notification regarding this charge. So far, I have not contacted Apple or PicsArt customer service. The payment was made through my bank card, and my account is registered in the Turkey Apple Store.
I do not accept being charged after properly canceling my subscription, and I request a full refund of the $12 as soon as possible.
