Unable to Cancel PicsArt Gold Trial

I initially signed up for the PicsArt Gold trial, which promised a reminder before the trial ended. However, I received no notification. I tried to cancel the subscription through the app but was redirected to Google Play, where no active subscription appeared. Thinking it was resolved, I deleted the app. Today, I was unexpectedly charged ₺120 from my account. I reinstalled the app, but it once again directed me to Google Play, where the subscription still doesn’t show up. I am not using this app and demand immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund. This experience has been highly frustrating and needs prompt attention.
