Picsart Charged Me for a Pro Subscription Without Notifying Me After Free Plan
Today I came across a subscription that I was not aware of before. It showed that I had purchased a pro subscription to the Picsart app and that the annual payment was ₺519. I am sure that is not the case. I thought about it and remembered that the app offered me a FREE plan a month ago and said that it would notify me when the plan ended and that I could cancel if I wanted. I never received any notification or reminder before the charge was made. All I can do now is cancel the subscription. I just want my money back because I accepted the free plan and did not receive any notification.
