Unauthorized PicsArt Subscription Charge — App Not Even Installed
Even though the PicsArt app is not installed on my device, as soon as I added my card information to my iPhone, an automatic charge of $12 was made from my account. This transaction occurred on September 2, at around 12:10 p.m. Shortly after, I received an email notification confirming that a subscription had been activated. I immediately canceled the subscription, but upon checking online, I found that many other users have reported the same issue.
Since I couldn’t find a customer support number for PicsArt, I wasn’t able to contact them directly. The reference number for the transaction is 250810818453, and the last four digits of my card are 8651. I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and I’m requesting a full refund for this unauthorized charge.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved promptly and that the $12 payment be refunded as soon as possible.
