PicsArt Pro Subscription Canceled Within Trial Period, But Still Charged
I purchased PicsArt Pro, which came with a 7-day trial period. Since I wasn’t satisfied with the app, I canceled my subscription before the trial ended. Despite canceling within the allowed time, I’m still being charged. I’ve tried to find a direct email or phone number to contact support, but haven’t been successful. This is incredibly frustrating, and I’m requesting that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I expect a refund for the charge, as I followed the cancellation process correctly.
