I am extremely frustrated and demand urgent help regarding a serious issue with PicsArt. A subscription was purchased on my account without my consent by a minor, and ₺519 was withdrawn from my account. I immediately request a full refund for this unauthorized transaction!

It is outrageous that there are no proper safeguards or verification steps to prevent minors from making purchases without parental approval. Even worse, trying to reach PicsArt customer support has been impossible — there is no direct communication, no clear assistance, nothing. This lack of customer service is completely unacceptable.

I urgently request that PicsArt process my refund and reverse the ₺519 charge immediately. If this situation is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter through all available legal channels. I expect my money to be refunded without delay. Please take action and fix this now!
