Pi Network Coins Remain Locked Until 2028 Despite Unlock in 2024

I have been using the Pi Network app for about 5 years and currently hold 1000 Pi coins in my main wallet. In August 2024, the app showed that my coins had been unlocked, but instead they were automatically relocked until 2028. Throughout this entire period, my coins have remained inaccessible, and I have never had the chance to make any transactions with them. I attempted to find support through the in-app help system, but I was unable to reach customer service or receive any guidance regarding this issue. I request that my coins be released immediately and that a clear explanation be provided as to why they remain locked despite the unlock date having already passed. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration, and I expect my grievance to be resolved without further delay.
