Unable to Delete PhotoGrid Account Due To “Error:20”
I am using the PhotoGrid app on an Android phone (version 9.25), and I am unable to delete my account because the app constantly shows “error:20” during the deletion process. I first encountered this problem on June 12, 2026 at around 8:30 pm, and since then I have tried several times in a row to delete my account, but the same error appears every time and the account remains active. I have not made any purchases or taken any subscriptions within this account, and I have not yet tried technical steps such as reinstalling the application or contacting support, because my main priority is simply to close the account as soon as possible. Using this account is no longer my commitment or preference, and I do not wish to continue having an active profile on PhotoGrid. I request the immediate deletion of my PhotoGrid account together with all associated data and a clear confirmation that the account has been permanently removed from your systems, as I no longer intend to use it and the “error:20” is preventing me from exercising my choice to close it.
