Photogrid Account Deletion Fails With Code Error 20

I have been using Photogrid on Android and via your website and would now like to permanently close my account and have my data removed. However, I am unable to delete my account due to an error in your system. When I attempt to delete my Photogrid account, I consistently receive the message “Something went wrong, try again later. Code error: 20.” I first tried to delete my account about twenty minutes ago, and despite repeated attempts, the same error message keeps appearing and the account is not deleted. I request that my Photogrid account be deleted on my behalf as soon as possible and that all of my personal data associated with this account be completely removed from your systems. I also ask you to confirm in writing that my account has been deleted and that all related data has been erased.
