Photo Grid Subscription Stays Active After Cancellation Attempt
I started a yearly subscription through Google Play for the Photo Grid Android app, and today (October 20, 2025) I wanted to cancel it. However, when I try to cancel the subscription through the app, I receive a warning saying, “If you delete your account, no refund will be issued and the subscription will not be canceled.” I am unable to cancel my subscription through the app, and deleting my account does not solve the problem.
On October 16, 2025, I was charged $50. My subscription is still active, nothing has changed, and the charges continue. I use the app with the username “nurözdemir59” and the email address “n******@gmail.com.”** My order/invoice number is gpa.3321-3173-8678-88744. My device model is SM-G990E, and my Android version is 14.
I tried to cancel the subscription both through the app and by contacting customer support, but I was unable to reach anyone and did not receive any assistance. I am requesting that my subscription be canceled and that the amount I paid be refunded.
