BC.Game PhonePe Deposits Not Credited - No Support Response


I am writing to report that my deposits to BC.Game made through PhonePe have not been credited to my BC.Game account and I am not receiving any proper support. My BC.Game account is registered with the email address vetrisant***@gmail.com. Today, on 31/12/2025 at around 5:56 a.m., I deposited 2,500 via PhonePe to BC.Game, but this amount has still not been credited to my account and I have not received my money back. Before this, I had already faced similar issues with two other deposits of 1,500 and 900, which were also not received in my BC.Game account and were not refunded. Whenever I contact the live support team, I get only “processing” responses and there is no real update or resolution. There has been no clear answer or solution about any of these three deposits. I request BC.Game to urgently check all three PhonePe transactions linked to my account and either credit the full amounts (2,500 + 1,500 + 900) to my BC.Game account or refund them back to my PhonePe. I am ready to submit any documents or proofs needed, such as PhonePe transaction details or screenshots, so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
