BDG PhonePe Deposit Deducted But Not Credited To Account
I made a deposit on the BDG platform on 30 December at around 2:31 through PhonePe, but the money has still not been credited to my account. I paid a total of Rs 500 via PhonePe, and in the PhonePe payment history it shows that the payment was completed, yet my BDG balance has not increased. After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I contacted BDG customer care, but I did not receive any solution and could not get my money or any benefit from this transaction. Despite the payment being successful on my side, the amount is still missing on the platform. I request that the missing Rs 500 either be immediately added to my wallet balance or refunded back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
