Philips TV Has Been Waiting for Maintenance by Service Personnel for Months
we bought a tv by trusting Philips. the tv came defective then started giving no signal problem. the service said the problem is your tv installation. so I went and brought the neighbor's tv, I plugged it in, and all channels are working. we've been looking for about 6 months, but they didn't come and looked at the tv even once. we are tired of calling now. I did not expect such bad tv and such bad service. in short, they don't treat you like a human being, This is trading yet they act like customers' ideas and opinions mean nothing. They should tend to our requests right away if that's what they advertise. Or just announce that they no longer wish to be named as the number of of the world!!
