I bought a Philips brand TV, which I thought was very good since my childhood, and that we used as a family, and I became a victim. The first treatment we encountered with the Philips brand device is as follows; I bought a new generation Philips brand 55 pus 8807 140 screen Smart TV, which was just released 5-6 months ago, from Media Markt. From the first day I bought the TV, crackling sounds were heard from the TV, even the Philips brand, a TV brand that we think has proven itself in the world, which is a corporate brand. Having such a problem on a TV surprised both me and my wife, even the guests who came to our house were surprised when they heard the crackling sounds. Within a month after I bought the TV, I sent a message to one of the Philips executives explaining the situation, Afterwards, I contacted Philips customer service and made a registration with the Philips authorized service, Fatih eryılmaz, who carried out the installation. The authorized service personnel came to my house and observed the problem I mentioned in person and wanted to take the TV to the service. As I told the customer service, I did not want to send the TV to the service by saying that I bought the TV as new, that the TV has been like this since I bought it, that's why I didn't have this problem when I had the TV, and that this problem has existed on the TV since I bought it. I asked them to create a report for the direct replacement of a device that I had problems with and suffered since I bought it. They said they would send it to the headquarters in this way. After that, I waited for news for days and no one came back to me. They behaved in a disinterested and irrelevant way. The after-sales service is really 1 out of 10. I contacted the service and they said that they will not do anything and they should take the TV to their workshop. Even though I contacted the Philips after-sales TV support line and explained the situation many times, they persistently did not want to help and understand. For this reason, dear friends, you should definitely think 10 times when buying electronic devices from Philips. If the device you bought new is problematic and problematic and you prove it in every way, they do nothing. You will pay for it, you will get a new device, they will install it in your home, then if there is a problem with the device, you are burned out.
