Philips 65OLED936 TV Defective Remotes Fail Miserably in Just Months
Philips 65OLED936 TV purchase is no where near something one might want to buy....worst part, the remote that came with it is really bad. It's made with really cheap stuff, so it's falling apart way quicker than I thought it would. I've had this TV for less than 7 months and the buttons on the remote are already starting to come off. Can you imagine?how come they can't,they are stuck on with weak glue and no real support. It's like they didn't even think about how long the remote would last. That's just not okay! tried to fix this problem by contacting the warranty people, but they were really unhelpful. I've tried many times, but they haven't really done anything to fix the problem. It's like they don't give a damn about what their customers think. I really don't recommend buying any Philips TV, especially not an OLED one. It's obvious that they don't check their products well enough, and they don't support what they sell. Don't waste your time and money, check out other TV brands instead.
