Philips Marathon Ultimate LED FC9934/07 Vacuum Replacement Part Problem
My Philips Marathon Ultimate LED FC9934/07 broom wheel broke after just two years of use, leaving me in an extremely inconvenient situation. I investigated the possibility of purchasing a replacement, but the price was beyond my budget. To make matters even more difficult for me, the support that I have received from Philips in Turkey has been extremely subpar, and as a result, I have neither a solution nor any satisfaction. As a direct result of this experience, my opinion of Philips has been severely damaged, and I will never again purchase any of their products. I would like to ask you once more; please do not continue to neglect your customers and find solutions to the problems that have been presented to you. Your lack of consideration really angered me.
