Philips Boiler Iron: Warranty Denials, Lack of Updates, and Threats of Scrapping

Dear Sir/Madam, I will explain the grievance I experienced with my product below. My Philips boiler iron has malfunctioned. I took it to İzmir Karşıyaka Sezel Technical Service. It was said that the main display card will be changed, I paid the price, it was said that it has 6 months warranty. In a period of three months, the soleplate of my iron burned on a low heat setting. I took it to the same service again, they said it is not under warranty, the sole has its own brain and they said that the problem is related to it. So I said then make me a report with this information. Then they said we'll have to try it with a new sole to be sure. I told them to try. This time they said we don't have a base. Then it was said, "Let's send it to Istanbul, let them check it out." I said ok, then you will let me know when the report comes. It has been 4-5 months, and when there was no news, I called customer service and explained the situation. They said they will investigate and then when they got back to me they said it was delivered to you. I said I didn't receive it. We were told to look again and come back and there was no return. Then I made a record again and again, but it was said that we are looking. The service I left called me. They said that if you are not going to buy your iron here for almost a year, we will scrap it. I also stated that I was waiting for news from them, waiting for the report, and even complaining to customer service 2-3 times. They told me they would scrap my iron if I didn't get that they didn't know about the report. I said I waited because you said it will be sent to Istanbul, and they said we don't know, if you don't receive it, it will be scrapped. I called customer service again and was told they would investigate. They called today and said there is nothing to do with your iron. I will call my rights and apply to Consumer Courts.
