Buying the Philips laser hair removal device was a mistake. I was convinced by promotional videos on YouTube and decided to purchase it. The full name of the product is BRI921/00 Lumea IPL Hair Removal Device for Face, Body, and Sensitive Areas, with a Complimentary Bag and Eyebrow Trimmer. After using it, I experienced skin discoloration on my back, and it made my hair thicker. I'm not sure if it caused any health issues. I sent it back under warranty, explaining these problems, but it was returned the same day without even opening the box. Everyone should know about this.
