Philips Shaver 3000x Gave Me Severe Irritation and Refused My Refund Request

I bought the Philips Shaver 3000x, specifically choosing it after reading in the features section that it was gentle and would not cause irritation. I had high expectations, trusting the brand's reputation for quality. However, after just two uses, my first experience left my neck area completely irritated. Painful pimples even formed to the point of bleeding, which was both painful and alarming. I explained the situation to Philips customer service and requested a refund, but they refused. Despite my disappointment, they showed no empathy or effort to resolve the issue. I strongly advise reconsidering before purchasing this shaver from Philips, as I am now unable to even touch my neck due to the irritation.
