Philips 55pus8108/62 TV Has White Dots Flashing on the Screen
I bought a Philips 55pus8108/62 brand and model TV from Elazig Teknosa on 21.09.2023. Product and channel installation was done on 22.09.2023. Then we did not open the product because the room to be installed was not ready. I opened the product on 25.10.2023 and noticed that there are white dots flashing all over the screen like snowflakes in the product and informed the service. The service said it could be a lvds cable, he said, in the first stage, then there may be a card failure. I repeatedly declared that I did not want a repair. The Service Center submitted to the center approval for change on 02.11.2023. The service said 40 days later today (12.12.2023) that the rejection response to the change came and it was said that the TV will be taken from me and repaired. The 1-month device will not be repaired in the service, 'people who do not approve the change' will definitely accept it. I bought a Philips brand TV for more than 10 people around me, I had it removed. I recommended it to 10 people. Apart from the TV, I bought many more products for home electronics and sound systems. But from this day on, I will not buy a single Philips product and I will not recommend it to anyone. Because there is no such thing as after-sales support. I definitely don't accept it being repaired. I'm done with Philips.
