The screen on my Philips 55PUS7805/62 TV went completely black just two minutes after I turned it on, but the sound continued to function normally. I opened the television. I tried unplugging it and then plugging it back in again, but it did not make any difference; the screen remained completely dark. This television set was brand new when I bought it in October 2021, and I have no idea what is causing the screen to go black all of a sudden. What course of action ought I to take? Would it be possible for you to assist?
