My Philips 55PUS7906/62 55-inch TV stopped working, and Amazon Prime Video not working

On December 25th, 2022, I purchased a Philips 55PUS7906/62 55-inch TV, but I've been having some frustrating issues. Even though sleep mode is not enabled, the TV turns off at random while in use. This issue makes it difficult for me to enjoy watching television, and I am dissatisfied with this product. Furthermore, I discovered that the Amazon Prime Video app on the TV is not working. This is disappointing because I signed up for Amazon Prime specifically to use the service on my television. I'm looking for assistance in resolving both of these issues and restoring the functionality of my television. I hope Philips can find a solution to these issues, as I believe they are affecting my customer experience. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
