Malfunctioning WiFi Module in Philips XXL HD 9880 Airfryer

The air fryer's WiFi gadget isn't working as it should. Even though I've talked to customer service several times, I haven't gotten any real help or an answer. This has made me angry and sad. I had high hopes for this product, especially since it had a good name and was meant to be easy to use. My experience, however, has been the opposite. The broken WiFi module has made some of the device's features useless, which makes it less useful for what I got it for. After many failed efforts to solve the problem through customer service, I've decided that I can't count on Philips to help me find a solution. So, I've chosen to try to get my money back for the product. Not only has this situation cost me time and money, but it has also made me dislike Philips as a brand. I think it's important for companies to stand behind their goods and help customers in a timely and helpful way. Sadly, my experience with Philips has shown me that this is not the case here. From now on, I will make it a point to tell my friends and acquaintances about my bad experience.
