I Deeply Regret Buying Philips TV

On January 9, 2024, I purchased a Philips-branded TV via Amazon Türkiye. The product malfunctioned and I delivered it to TP Vision’s authorized service center on March 18, 2025, under warranty. As of today, more than 2 months have passed and I have not received my TV back. According to the consumer protection law in Turkey (Consumer Law Article 11), a product under warranty must be repaired and returned to the consumer within 20 business days. Otherwise, the consumer has the legal right to request a full refund. I have communicated this multiple times, yet TP Vision / Philips representatives continue to stall the process by stating that “the matter is still under review by upper management.” This behavior is a clear violation of the law and has caused serious consumer harm. I deeply regret choosing the Philips brand. At this point, I have neither my television nor my money back. I will never allow this brand into my home again, let alone recommend it to anyone. I have already filed official complaints through the Consumer Arbitration Committee and CİMER (Presidency Communication Center of Turkey). I am sharing this complaint publicly to raise awareness of this unlawful situation. I urge the responsible Philips officials to fulfill their legal obligations and issue my refund immediately.
