My Philips 55PUS6031 12 TV Cannot Connect to Wi Fi

Since 01/08/2025, the wireless network connection menu on my Philips 55PUS6031/12 TV has completely disappeared, and I can no longer connect to Wi-Fi. To fix the problem, I tried all the recommended steps, such as restoring factory settings and updating the software, but nothing worked. My device is not under warranty, and it has never been serviced or repaired before. I purchased the product from Isparta Teknosa for approximately ₺7,500. At the time of purchase, I was not informed that such a restriction or issue could occur. Now, because I cannot access the wireless connection menu, I am unable to use one of the TV’s main features, and this problem persists continuously. My expectation from Philips is that the wireless network connection menu for the 55PUS6031/12 model be reactivated and the necessary update provided. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
