I Can’t Watch YouTube Past 15 Minutes on My Philips Smart TV Without Buffering

I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue with my Philips Smart TV ever since I bought it. Whenever I watch anything on the YouTube.com app, the video freezes exactly at the 15-minute mark and displays a “Loading…” message that never resolves. This happens every single time, without fail, making it impossible to enjoy any content longer than a few minutes.

I contacted my internet provider, and they confirmed that there are no connectivity issues on their end. I also have two smartphones and a Grundig TV connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and none of them have this issue—only the Philips TV does. So the problem clearly lies with the TV itself, not with my connection.

I reached out to Philips customer support, and they said the TV wasn't updating itself properly. I then took the TV to an authorized service center, where they claimed to have installed a software update. But despite their intervention, the exact same problem persists. I still can’t stream YouTube without it freezing after 15 minutes.
