I Can’t Use Screen Mirroring on My Philips PUS65 4K Smart TV – Still No Fix After Service Visit
I own a Philips PUS65 4K Smart TV, and from the very beginning, I’ve been unable to use the screen mirroring function properly. The feature is either completely unresponsive or drops the connection after a few seconds. I contacted Philips service, and a technician came to inspect the issue. They told me the problem was likely software-related and promised to forward it to the central support team.
They said that once an update is released, the TV would automatically install it and resolve the issue. It’s been weeks, and nothing has changed. Screen mirroring is still not functioning, and there’s been no communication, no update, no fix.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially from a global brand like Philips. A smart TV without functioning core features like screen mirroring defeats the purpose of being "smart." I’m asking Philips to take responsibility and deliver a prompt software update to fix this recurring issue. I paid good money for a reliable, modern TV—not one that fails to deliver basic functionality.
