I Can’t Log Into Google on My Philips Smart TV—Apps Like YouTube and Play Store Unusable

I own a Philips Smart TV, but it’s become practically useless as a smart device. I’m experiencing a persistent Google account login error that prevents me from accessing any smart features. Despite entering the correct email and password, the TV keeps saying “incorrect credentials, please try again.” I’ve tried multiple times with the same result.

Because of this, I can’t log into Google, so I can’t use apps like YouTube, and Google Play Store remains completely inaccessible. None of the smart features work—no app downloads, no streaming. At this point, I’m just using it as a basic TV, which is not what I paid for.

This is extremely frustrating, especially from a brand like Philips, which should be offering seamless Google integration. I request urgent support to resolve this Google login issue and enable full smart functionality. If there is a firmware bug, it needs to be patched immediately. I did not purchase a Smart TV just to be locked out of its core features. Fix this issue or offer a refund or replacement.
