I Can’t Connect My Philips TV to Wi-Fi – Keeps Showing Network Error Without Reason

I’ve been using my Philips Smart TV without any issues until recently. Now, whenever I try to connect it to Wi-Fi, I keep getting an error message that makes no sense and wasn’t there before. There were no setting changes, no software updates—nothing—yet the TV refuses to connect to any wireless network. I’ve tried restarting both the modem and the TV multiple times, forgetting and reconnecting to the network, even performing a factory reset, but nothing worked.

I searched online and found that many other Philips TV users are experiencing similar issues, which tells me this is not an isolated problem but likely a firmware or hardware fault.

For a brand like Philips, I expected far more reliability and responsive customer support. Please provide an immediate fix or update. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate this issue to consumer protection authorities. This is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be “smart.”

My Philips 50pus7303/62 model TV has been experiencing a limited connection issue for the past two weeks. The modem is very close and I have been using it without problems for 4 years, but now my connection is constantly being cut off. I spoke with the internet provider and they said there is no issue with the connection. There are many errors with the same brand. I am waiting for support for a solution.
