My Philips Smart TV Stopped Getting Updates

I purchased my Philips 43PUS6031/12 Smart TV from Teknosa at the end of 2016, trusting the brand. However, because the software is Linux-based, it never received updates like the newer Android TVs. Since 2017, no software updates have been provided, and the current software no longer supports modern apps. Aside from Netflix, no video player or app works anymore, and YouTube.com has completely disappeared.
Because Philips no longer provides software support for this model, I can hardly use any Smart TV features. I couldn’t find any support for this issue on your website either. Although my device is out of warranty, ending software support so quickly causes major inconvenience.
What I expect from Philips is a software update—if possible—that would allow my TV to support current applications again. I want a long-lasting product that continues to receive support.
