I bought the Philips 7000 Series SpeedPro Max cordless vacuum with high expectations, but just two months after purchase, it started randomly shutting off during use. I took it to the authorized service center, and while they claimed to fix it, the same issue returned shortly afterward.
I brought it back again and pleaded for proper support, explaining that the product must be defective. Instead of helping, they were dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like I was being mocked. To make matters worse, when I got the vacuum back, I noticed the power button was missing—they either removed or lost it, and never acknowledged the damage.
Now, the vacuum overheats while charging and charges painfully slowly. This is unacceptable for a product still under warranty. I trusted the Philips name, but this experience has completely destroyed that trust. I've repeatedly reported the same issues, and the only response I get is, “We’ll repair it again.”
