Phemex Suspended My Account After Withdrawal Request, Funds Locked Inside

My Phemex account was suspended along with the funds I deposited. I requested a withdrawal, and just 10 minutes later, my account was locked. The platform keeps their account suspension rights hidden, so I’m left without knowing the reason. It seems like they do this frequently. I had $45 in my account, but it could have been a much higher amount. I need an explanation for the suspension and access to my funds immediately.
