Lost Funds on Phemex Due to Alleged Rule Violation

I deposited money into the Phemex exchange and traded for a while without any issues. However, when it was time to withdraw my funds, they claimed I violated some rule, and now they’re saying there’s no way to reverse it. My money seems lost, and they’ve told me there’s no recourse for complaints. I’m really frustrated that I’ve lost my funds without clear explanation. If anyone has experienced this or knows how to resolve it, I’d really appreciate some advice. I just want my money back and feel stuck without any real help from Phemex.
