Pfizer Sab Simplex Gas Drops Caused Severe Colic and Pain in My Infant

Approximately three days ago, upon a physician's recommendation, I started using Sab Simplex gas drops by Pfizer to treat gas pains for my 50-day-old baby. Symptoms that began as mild restlessness during the first few days worsened dramatically starting last night. My baby did not sleep at all throughout the night, cried continuously, tensed up from intense gas pain, struggled to pass gas, became hoarse from crying, and grew utterly exhausted from lack of sleep.

Seeing a tiny infant who cannot even express their pain struggle this much deeply saddened me and raised serious concerns regarding the safety of this product. Looking through public complaints, I realized many other parents are experiencing these exact same issues; I believe this matter must be taken with utmost seriousness.

I purchased the product from an on-duty pharmacy in Uşak, but because I threw away the box, I currently do not have access to the serial/lot number or expiration date. I have not yet contacted Pfizer or any officials regarding this product.

I demand that Pfizer conduct a comprehensive investigation regarding Sab Simplex gas drops, share the resulting findings transparently with the public, and take all necessary precautions, including product recalls if deemed necessary.
