I bought Biogaia gas drops for my 50-day-old baby based on my doctor’s recommendation, and I deeply regret it. Since giving my baby this product, they have been crying uncontrollably, as if they were in extreme pain. I initially thought it was due to gas, but I later realized it was the drops causing this reaction.
The moment I stopped using Biogaia, my baby’s cries became less intense, like normal gas pain. I feel terrible for unknowingly causing my baby discomfort with this product. No parent should have to go through this.
I demand an explanation from Biogaia and for this issue to be investigated immediately. Parents, be careful before giving this to your baby!
