Biogaia Gas Drops Caused Severe Reaction in My Newborn
I am deeply dissatisfied with the Biogaia gas drops and the pharmacy that sold them to me. My son is only 25 days old, and we have been using these drops for 10 days—but instead of helping, they have made things much worse.
Since starting this product, my baby has been crying non-stop, scratching himself, and developing redness all over his face and body. It’s heartbreaking to see him in such distress. I bought this product from a pharmacy on Bahçeköy Street in Sarıyer, Istanbul, and I am outraged that something marketed as safe for infants is causing such a severe reaction.
Biogaia, what is in this product? I demand a clear explanation and accountability. Has anyone else experienced this?
