BioGaia Drops Caused Severe Crying Fits and Sleeplessness in My Baby

I purchased BioGaia drops upon my doctor's recommendation and administered 4 drops daily to my baby for about a week. Starting on February 11, 2016, my baby went three straight days with almost no sleep, crying incessantly and experiencing severe crying fits. What my child endured during this period affected him so badly that I deeply regret ever purchasing this product.

I am now attempting to soothe my baby using natural gas-relief methods, and I can see that he finds some degree of relief this way. After everything we went through, I never want to give my child these types of products again.

I demand that BioGaia representatives thoroughly inspect the drops I used regarding their formulation and potential side effects, and specifically initiate a product recall just as was done previously under the product's former brand name. I request that potential side effects, particularly on tiny infants, be clearly investigated and that the public be transparently informed.
