My Peugeot 3008 Has Been in Service for 96 Days Without a Replacement Car
I delivered my Peugeot 3008 to the Ankara Şaşmaz ABC Peugeot Authorized Service on 05/05/2025, and it has been kept there for 96 days. The service representatives state that they are waiting for parts from France, which is why the repair has not been completed. Despite repeatedly contacting both the service center and Peugeot customer service during this time, I have not been provided with a replacement vehicle. Initially, I was told they could only provide one after 45 days. Later, the service said it would be 45 business days, and when that period ended, they claimed no replacement would be given because there was no issue with the car’s running condition. They are now attempting to return the car to me in a damaged state. Why should I take a damaged car onto the road? Due to this situation, I had to pay ₺21,000 for car rental. I request that Peugeot urgently provide me with a replacement vehicle and resolve my grievance.
