Peugeot E-5008 Engine Control Unit Delay Leaves Car Unusable

I purchased my Peugeot E-5008 in May 2025. On August 4, 2025, I had a minor accident and took my vehicle to EkmAs Egem Peugeot Authorized Service for repair. The service informed me that the engine control unit was faulty and that a parts request had been opened through Peugeot Customer Service. However, 115 days have passed, and Peugeot Customer Service has still not placed an order for the required part. Despite calling customer service every single day, I am repeatedly told that “the process is ongoing,” with no concrete information or solution provided. I have been unable to use my vehicle for 115 days and am experiencing significant inconvenience. I find it unacceptable that a brand like Peugeot would allow such a simple issue to cause such prolonged customer dissatisfaction. I urgently request that the necessary actions be taken, the part be supplied, and my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
