Peugeot Service Delay and Wrong Parts Issue

I delivered my Peugeot 208 GTI BY PSP 208 HP FL to Peugeot Göral Balgat Authorized Service in Ankara, Türkiye, on 04 September 2025 for repair. As of today, more than three months have passed, and my vehicle has still not been returned. My service record number is 10905017. I was initially informed that the necessary parts would arrive from abroad. The first parts arrived after about 30 days, yet no work was carried out on my vehicle for roughly another month. When I visited the service at the end of the second month, I was told that the front grille had been ordered incorrectly. This delay resulted entirely from the service’s own mistake, but my request for a replacement vehicle was still rejected. Instead, the service proposed to temporarily install the old, damaged part so that I could use the car until the correct part arrived. I accepted this offer, but even after another month, my vehicle was not delivered to me, not even in this temporary condition. Later, I was informed that another part, the control arm, had also been ordered incorrectly, causing further delay. Because of these repeated errors and ongoing postponements, my vehicle has been kept at the service for more than three months. The service has not accepted responsibility for the delays, has rejected my justified request for a replacement vehicle, has not fulfilled its own promise to reinstall the old part, and has kept my car far beyond any reasonable repair period. In practice, my vehicle has been unlawfully retained, and I have clearly been subjected to defective service. I request that my vehicle be repaired fully and delivered to me immediately without any additional cost, that a replacement vehicle be provided for the entire period I have been deprived of my car, and that I be compensated for my loss of use and all material and moral damages, including, if applicable, legal interest.
