On September 13, 2024, my red 2008 Peugeot, license plate 06 dc 7213, purchased from the Balıkesir Peugeot Beyaz dealership, was taken to the Ankara Peugeot Göral service center due to an ignition problem. The service center also diagnosed a steering box fault and stated that the part would be sourced from abroad. The part arrived approximately a month later, but for 10 days, they said the steering box could not be coded. My car has been at the service center for a total of 45 days, and still no solution has been provided. The service advisor and the service manager provide inconsistent information; one says the car won't start, the other says the part was installed but the coding couldn't be done. They say a technical team has arrived from Istanbul, and now they're waiting for a remote connection from headquarters, and if the problem isn't resolved, they'll need to source the part again. Despite contacting customer service and headquarters numerous times during this process, I haven't received a clear solution and have received evasive responses. Because my car has accessibility features, I can't legally use the replacement vehicle, and I'm experiencing a hardship. I demand that my vehicle be repaired immediately, my grievance be compensated, and the necessary measures be taken to prevent such a mistake from happening again.
