I deposited ₺1000 from my Papara account to their account today between 14:50 and 15:00, but they still haven’t transferred the money to my casino balance. I’ve sent multiple messages and proof, yet they keep denying the transfer, claiming “no money was received.” Their so-called 24/7 live support is a joke—they just pass you from one agent to another without offering any real help.
