I'm filing this complaint against the betting site Perabet because they’ve effectively stolen my money. I deposited ₺20,000 via bank transfer to an account under the name E**** S****, which they themselves provided. After completing the transfer, I sent the receipt as proof. Their response? “No money has arrived.” Then they claimed the account was “passive” and just like that, my ₺20,000 was gone.
This wasn’t always how Perabet operated, but it has become clear they’re no longer a trustworthy platform. Their 24/7 live support is a joke—agents keep transferring you around, nobody offers a real solution, and every conversation ends in a dead end. They keep asking for endless documentation, just to stall and wear you out.
Worse, it seems like the money is going directly into accounts controlled by their own people. They hide behind claims of account closures, but in reality, the funds vanish into thin air. Don’t be fooled by the flashy games and betting interface—this is not a safe place to play.
I demand a full refund of my ₺20,000 and call on Perabet to take accountability. Enough with the excuses and scripted responses. Return my money immediately.
