Trendbet Stole My ₺5,000 Papara Deposit
I sent them ₺5,000 via Papara, and now they're claiming that payment method isn't used and the money never reached them. I have no idea where my ₺5,000 has gone! I sent it to the IBAN they provided, but that hasn't solved anything.
They promised the money would be refunded within 24 hours, but a full week has passed, and there's still no sign of it. I've lost ₺5,000 without even placing a single bet. Their live support, especially "e***," keeps giving me the same canned responses, with no real updates on solving the issue. They just say "okay," but they refuse to explain where my money actually is.
My money hasn't returned to my IBAN, nor has it been credited to my Trendbet account. They've done absolutely nothing. Customer service even told me to "talk to the recipient," implying the IBAN might not even belong to them! It's clear I've just "donated" ₺5,000 to this site for no reason. Trendbet, you need to credit my missing ₺5,000 deposit immediately or refund it to my bank! Stop the lies and return my money now.
Progress
On June 8th, I deposited 5,000 TL into my Trendbet account using the Papel method. However, the money I deposited did not reach my account and I have been victimized. I have the receipt and all transaction details related to the issue. I reported the situation to Trendbet customer service, but I was told that the money I deposited did not reach them and that I should contact the bank. I absolutely do not accept this approach. This is the first time I am experiencing such a problem and no solution is being offered in any way.
