I recently became a new member of 1xBet. I used Papara as the payment option to deposit funds into my account. The payment was deducted from my account, but the funds haven’t appeared in my site wallet. Live support asked for the payment receipt, which I sent, but they didn’t believe me. They gave me an email address to contact a specific department and then closed the chat. I’ve sent the receipt and all related documentation via email but haven’t received any response. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for the past 2 days for the ₺5,000 I deposited. I hope someone here can help.
