Unfair Treatment From Pegasus Airlines After Earthquake

As a person who lived through an earthquake, Pegasus Airlines took me for free from Adana to Antalya. Later, when I chose to go back to Adana, I paid 674 TL to Pegasus Airlines for a plane ticket. But I ended up taking a car with some friends instead of the plane, so I wanted to cancel my flight and get my money back. But I was told I'd only get back 105 TL. Even though I told them about my situation as an earthquake survivor and asked for help, they did not help me. Pegasus Airlines' unfair treatment of me makes me sad, and I'll never buy a plane ticket from them again. Not recommended.
