Pegasus Airlines Supereco Ticket Refund And Extension Of The Ticket Release Period

I bought Supereco-type tickets from Pegasus. While I was going to cancel my ticket due to the earthquake, I accidentally canceled it from the mobile application. I noticed this a few days ago. I immediately contacted Pegasus first. They did not help me even though I wrote both by phone, by e-mail and from their own pages. They say that the suspension period of the ticket is 1 year, if I cannot use it from this 1 year, all the money will be burned. If they give a refund right now, they offer 1000 TL for a 3500 TL ticket. I requested that they change the transaction on the same date to suspension as I did the transaction incorrectly, and they did not accept it. I asked them to extend the suspension period and they refused. I requested that one of my close relatives use the ticket, and they did not accept it either. Although I stated that it is almost impossible for me to use the ticket in 1 year, they do not help in any way. So they want the money of the ticket to stay in their account.
